Job Description

  • Service Relationship Manager positions dedicated to enhancing client servicing activities across the North-East, South, and West regions.
  • These roles will play a critical part in improving business productivity and ensuring efficient client interactions.
  • Facilitate KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
  • Manage Account Opening Forms (AOF) and handle deferrals
  • Conduct Re-KYC and Signature Updation
  • Assist with Email Indemnity processes
  • Oversee Fixed Deposit (FD) bookings and balance confirmations
  • Provide support for Net Banking inquiries
  • Coordinate RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS transactions
  • Issue Sanction Letters and manage document execution
  • Ensure proper stamping and compliance with documentation standards
  • Conduct post-sanction quarterly compliance checks (e.g., UHFC)
  • Update stock statements and manage insurance documentation
  • Facilitate the exchange of information and address overdue deferrals
  • Support to Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) as needed.

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA

Experience: 5 to 7 years
