Job DetailsJob Location: Abingdon - Abingdon, VA 24210Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., located in Central and Southwest VA, is a large beverage distribution company seeking a full-time SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CDL-A).
The individual in this position requires a CDL-A and will be responsible for delivering pre-sold beverage products to retail customers on an assigned route. This position reports directly to the Delivery Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent.
CDL Class A license with current medical card.
Excellent driving record.
Strong math, verbal and written communication skills preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Adhere to strict safe working practices and company policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The following list of physical requirements are required to perform the entire job: standing; walking; sitting; stooping; fine finger and hand manipulation; speaking clearly; hearing to be able to maintain conversation; seeing to be able to read and to drive a vehicle; and lifting, moving, and carrying 25-40 lbs. repetitively, and occasionally up to 170 lbs. when handling kegs. Must be able to bend, lift, carry, climb, stoop and stack product using a hand truck or electric pallet jack.
