The Role
If you're passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights and helping leaders make better decisions, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how information is used across one of Australia's leading super funds.
As our Service Reporting & Insights Lead, you'll be the reporting, analytics and insights specialist within the Service & Experience division. Working at the intersection of data, operational performance and workforce intelligence, you'll help transform information into clear, actionable insights that support better business outcomes.
You'll partner closely with leaders across Service & Experience to understand the questions they're trying to answer, translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions, and develop meaningful insights that help drive action.
This is an opportunity to influence how reporting, business intelligence and workforce insights are used across the division, while helping improve service performance, operational efficiency and member outcomes.

You are naturally curious and enjoy finding the story behind the numbers.
You're at your best when helping others make sense of complex information, connecting data from multiple sources and translating it into clear insights, recommendations and action.
You understand that great reporting isn't just about producing dashboards. It's about helping people understand what is happening, why it's happening and what they should do next.
You enjoy working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable moving between detailed analysis and broader business conversations.
Whether you're developing a reporting solution, identifying an emerging trend or presenting insights to leaders, you're able to communicate complex information in a simple and meaningful way.
