Job Description

· Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on Honeywell products following established procedures and safety standards.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

· Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support and Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all service activities.

Qualifications

Brady Corp is seeking a Service & Repair Technician I. In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of Brady's products by delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the service operations.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

· 1 year of experience in service and repair technician roles.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
· Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
· Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to service and repair work.
· Familiarity with service documentation, repair tools, and diagnostic equipment.
· Ability to work follow instructions and execute tasks including Testing, Repair/Replace parts without damage, and Final Configuration.
