Are you comfortable taking the lead during major incidents, bringing people together and driving improvements that make operations stronger over time?
We are looking for an experienced Service Reliability Engineer to strengthen our service operations. This is a role for someone who combines operational experience with strong leadership and coordination skills.
You will take a leading role during major incidents, work across teams and functions to ensure effective service operations, and drive improvements that increase reliability, efficiency and service quality.
You don't need to be the person with all the technical answers. You do need to be comfortable stepping forward, creating structure and clarity, asking the right questions and getting the right people working together.
A key part of your role will be leading during major incidents. As Incident Commander, you will coordinate teams and stakeholders to restore services as quickly and effectively as possible.
You will also help strengthen our day-to-day service operations, driving improvements that make our services more reliable, efficient and scalable. As part of the role, you will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support the reliability and availability of our production services.
The role involves significant collaboration across organisational boundaries. You will lead primarily through influence rather than formal authority, making communication, structure, relationship-building and the ability to create momentum essential.
At WirelessCar, you’ll have the trust and freedom to take ownership, share ideas and make an impact. We value collaboration, curiosity and different perspectives, and believe people do their best work when they have room to grow.
At WirelessCar, we want you to enjoy what you do, feel proud of what you contribute and have fun along the way.
The exact process may vary depending on the role and location.
No cover letter needed – just a few questions to help us better understand your experience, skills and motivation.
Please submit your application in English, our company language.
