Maroochydore GWM & Renault is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our Service Department.

This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important part in ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

About the Role

As a Service Receptionist, you will:

• 
  Greet customers and manage incoming service enquiries
• 
  Coordinate bookings and assist with scheduling
• 
  Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks
• 
  Handle phone calls, emails, and customer follow-ups
• 
  Maintain accurate records and documentation
• 
  Assist in creating a positive and professional customer experience

  Previous administration or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
