About the Role
Rockingham Mitsubishi are looking for a professional and organised Service Receptionist to join our service department front-of-house team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying calm under pressure, and being the first point of contact for service guests visiting our dealership.
As the first interaction many customers have with our Service team, you play a vital role in setting expectations for their visit and keeping operations running smoothly throughout the day. How you greet, assist, and communicate directly supports the flow of the workshop and the overall guest experience. This role suits someone who is approachable, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
Greet service guests on arrival and direct them appropriately
Create repair orders and assist with service bookings
Answer incoming calls and manage service enquiries
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop teams
Process payments and finalise invoices where required
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Ensure the service reception area always presents professionally

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service, ideally in automotive or service environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy front-of-house setting
Professional, approachable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software
Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
