Job Mission

As Quality Leader, you will lead the deployment and execution of the quality roadmap for CS SKH.

Job Description

• Lead and execute Service quality initiatives
• Service quality initiative : Craftsmanship, QCS, PMR
• Coach and lead a team of quality stakeholders in CS filed to lead quality activities
• Execute and support quality project
• Identify the gaps in current operational processes and define corrective actions with relevant stakeholders (project and line management)
• Advise on continuous improvement actions to be applied in the other regions

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Master degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics or others.
• Experience : 5 or more years of experience of quality engineer or process engineer.
• Provide insights via good analytic skills based on fact and data.
• Proven project management skills or process deployment experience in close collaboration with any stakeholders for quality improvement from semi-conductor industry or related field
• Proven problem solving skills in human mistakes by poka-yoke, statistical tools(QC 7 tools, SPC), A3, 8D for process and quality improvement.
• Continuous improvement experience in lean(5S, 5why, Poka-yoke, VSM, Daily management system) and 6 sigma technique

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in QMS (ISO9001 or IATF 16949) or product/process risk management is preferred
• Communicate effectively and listen actively with a wide range of stakeholders Pro-active and a strong drive for results
• Influencing without power(able to motivate, drive and convince others without formal authority but with trust and expertise)
• Good knowledge in MS Office is preferred.

Working Location : IC office

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
