Job Description

We are looking for a Service & Projects Administrator to support our Service and Projects teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of engineers, customer requests, planned maintenance, purchasing, invoicing, and project activities.

This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying organised, and delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll do

• Coordinate service calls, engineer schedules, and customer appointments
• Support project administration and maintain project documentation
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate materials and deliveries
• Assist with customer invoicing and contract administration
• Schedule planned preventative maintenance visits (PPMs)
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support across the business
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams

What we're looking for

Must-Have:

• Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a service, engineering, facilities management, fire, security, or construction environment
• Experience with CRM or service management systems
• Knowledge of service contracts or preventative maintenance scheduling
