Oferta de Trabajo: Ejecutivo Comercial Postventa (Service & Project Support Specialist) en EPTA CHILE

EPTA CHILE está buscando un Ejecutivo Comercial Postventa altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo para la distribución y venta de instalaciones completas para la refrigeración.

Propósito del cargo: Ejecutivo comercial, responsable de entregar al cliente soluciones valorizadas correctivas, de repuestos y accesorios, nuevos clientes, venta digital etc.

Responsabilidades:

Llevar el control de la información y realizar cotizaciones a nuestros clientes.
Cotización de repuestos con nuestros proveedores.
Recibir aprobación del cliente e informar al supervisor de zona a cargo.
Seguimiento de la OC y mantener información al día.
Apoyo y seguimiento en la entrega de materiales para ejecución del supervisor a cargo.
Participar de licitaciones con el equipo correspondiente.
Asistir a reuniones en terreno con los clientes.
Atender requerimientos administrativos y gestión de documentos.
Gestión comercial directa con el cliente.
Cumplir con cualquier otra instrucción requerida por su jefatura.

Condiciones:

Modalidad: Hibrido.

Horario: lunes a Jueves de 09:00 a 18:00 y Viernes de 09:00 a 17:00 hrs.

Lugar de Trabajo: Macul, Región Metropolitana.

Requisitos:

Técnico o Profesional con formación en el área comercial, marketing, y/o refrigeración industrial.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos similares el rubro de Refrigeración industrial (preferente) o refrigeración en general.
Excelente Comunicación y expresión con los clientes. Conocimientos en Refrigeración Comercial y/o Industrial (No excluyente). Conocimiento en ERP mantenimiento, Microsoft y SAP.
Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno rápido y cambiante.
