In this role, you will coordinate key aspects of global projects implementation. You will support Business Process Manager, Business Process Owners and Installed Base Managers in managing and executing project activities while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You will join a dynamic, talented, and high-performing team within a collaborative international environment. Work Model: Hybrid
About the Role
You will contribute to the global implementation of the main strategical projects within the Critical Power Service division. Your primary stakeholders will be Service Managers, Business process Owners and Installed base Managers across multiple locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct performance analysis comparing planned versus actual project outcomes
· Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency in accordance with assigned tasks and customer-agreed procedures
· Gather Installed Base data by liaising with factories and local service units globally
· Analyze collected data and prepare comprehensive data uploads to ABB's ServIS Installed Base Management application
· Automate the conversion process of Work Reports into ServIS and Service Contracts into Salesforce
· Monitor and enhance Installed Base data quality using PowerBI dashboards
· Analyze data flow between ServIS and Salesforce to identify improvements in sales and service strategies
· Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce implementation across project scope countries
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Econometrics or Social Sciences with specialization in Data Analysis and Research
· Proficient knowledge of ServIS and Salesforce platforms
· Understanding of the Critical Power business domain
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
· Solid experience with PowerBI
· Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work effectively with data
· VBA programming language knowledge
