About the Role

Our Cadet Program is designed to build future leaders and develop the next generation of Project Managers within Schindler. This structured development program provides hands on experience, discipline-specific training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to help you build a successful long-term career.

As a Cadet, you will gain exposure to a range of business functions and projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Through a combination of practical learning, coaching, and formal development, you'll build the technical, commercial, and leadership skills required to thrive in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, reporting, and administration activities.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in site visits and gain exposure to field operations and customer environments.
• Build an understanding of project governance, safety, quality, and risk management requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business projects.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Complete structured learning and development activities as part of the Cadet Program.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
