Readiness & Planning

• Ensure quotes, spares, and tools are ready in ServiceMax; review procedures; update rig board with a 3-month schedule; coordinate with assets and support customer RFIs.
• Manage and update TechnipFMC customer drilling forecasts, material requirements, and inventory with customer coordinators.

Pre-Mobilization

• Complete Duty of Care Steps 1-4; create CWO in Smax; assign technicians; confirm rig board dates; hold pre-job meetings with technicians.

Operations & Technical Support

• Provide operational/technical support for VISIO drawings, DBIs, and activity coordination; keep job report filing updated; coordinate closely with FSTs at offshore operations.
• Manage service tools for offshore and workshop operations; attend operational meetings (Well on Paper, reviews, etc.); present new equipment to drilling engineers.
• Support 24/7 service call-outs, including off-hours support for equipment failures and urgent operations.

During Job

• Daily check-in with FST; support technical needs and Duty of Care Steps 5-9; strive to reduce downtime through checklists and direct FST communication.

Post Job

• Approve and export CWO package; conduct post-job briefs; request restocking; ensure all service jobs are invoiced; update repair status for trees and spares.

Quality, Compliance & Customer Engagement

• Lead/participate in EFNCR and customer NC closeouts; review and update ICPs and customer reports; manage stack-up tests and site visits as required.
• Act as focal point for TechnipFMC with defined customers, handling daily operations, admin, and supporting sales/BD efforts (including upselling and contract discussions).

MMR/Aftermarket/Others

• Track project timelines; liaise with MMR for repairs/local manufacturing; plan workover material and MOC for flow line hook-ups; provide FST performance feedback.

Asset Management:

• Ensure asset readiness through planning with asset management team and creating and maintaining asset demand forecast for supported clients.

1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

• Degree in engineering or technical subject preferred (not essential if compensated by substantial field experience).
• In-depth understanding of oilfield operations, wellhead equipment, and project management methodologies.
• Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education

1. EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated hands-on field experience in wellhead or related oil & gas operations is preferred
• Proven track record managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with TechnipFMC systems and UAE onshore and offshore operations is a significant advantage.
• Experience in North America Unconventional and Independent Operators as a customer a significant advantage

1. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):

• BOSIET, H2S awareness is a must
• TechnipFMC HSE, and quality programs is a plus
• Additional certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

1. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

• Advanced proficiency in reading and updating engineering drawings (Visio, CAD).
• Strong analytical and process improvement mindset; able to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, SAP, and digital field ticketing systems.
• Comfortable with oilfield lingo and able to adapt communication style to different audiences.

1. REQUIRED MANAGERIAL SKILLS

• Demonstrated leadership in field and project settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to sudden changes in planning and operations.

Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing field teams.
