Service Project Manager

We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to lead HVAC-focused service projects, support customers, and ensure successful delivery from execution through warranty.

What You’ll Do

• Lead service projects through execution and warranty phase
• Serve as the primary customer contact post-installation
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project profitability
• Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams
• Handle change orders, subcontractors, and documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years managing HVAC or technical service projects
• Strong customer-facing and project leadership skills
• Experience with project financials (P&L, cost tracking)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
