Job Description

Job Title

Service Program Manager IGT-S

As a Service Program Manager, you drive business-critical transformation within the IGT‑S Services organization. Your focus is on improving how the business operates by translating strategic priorities into tangible execution and measurable business outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of service operations, connected medical devices, remote service capabilities, software-enabled workflows, data-driven decision making and AI-enabled transformation. Your work will directly contribute to improving service effectiveness, scalability, customer experience and operational performance.

This is not a traditional program management role with predefined project methodology or execution track. You will often start with an ambiguous business challenge, define the problem, shape the transformation approach and drive execution from concept to measurable impact. You will work on complex initiatives spanning service operations, product development, software, quality, regulatory, data and commercial organizations. You will shape programmes from the ground up and deliver measurable business impact in a global (regulated) healthcare environment. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You operate in a complex stakeholder environment, moving between big-picture alignment and content-level problem solving. Topics will evolve over time, requiring curiosity and fast learning.

Your role

Drive transformation

  • Lead transformation initiatives that directly impact business performance and strategic execution

  • Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps, measurable outcomes and sustainable operational improvements

  • Define success measures and ensure expected benefits are realised

Shape and execute

  • Structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions

  • Work hands-on in analysis, stakeholder alignment, business case development and transformation execution

  • Drive decision-making by converting complex situations into clear options, trade-offs and recommendations

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving context

Align and influence

  • Drive alignment across BUs, functions, and regions

  • Prepare and support decision making at senior level

  • Act as a trusted partner translating strategy into execution

Connect and improve

  • Coordinate initiatives across service, software, connectivity, data and operational teams

  • Provide transparency on progress, risks, and trade-offs

  • Help improve how strategic initiatives are prioritised, governed and translated into operational impact

Domain Focus

In this role you may work on topics such as:

  • Connected medical devices and digital health solutions

  • Remote service and remote support capabilities

  • Serviceability and lifecycle management

  • Software deployment and adoption at scale

  • Predictive and proactive service models

  • AI-enabled service operations

  • Digital transformation in regulated healthcare environments

You are the right fit if

  • You have 7+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, or programme management in cross-functional environments

  • You can structure ambiguity into concrete actions, deliverables, and outcomes

  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset

  • You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including exposure to senior leadership

  • You demonstrate strong business acumen, ownership, and learning agility

  • You thrive in environments with high complexity, evolving scope, and limited predefined structure

  • You demonstrate ability to understand complex operational domains and translate emerging technologies such as connectivity, remote capabilities, software, data or AI into scalable business solutions.

  • Experience in one or more of the following domains is highly valued:

    • Connected products or connected medical devices

    • Remote service or digital service operations

    • Service transformation or serviceability

    • Software-enabled operational processes

    • Data, analytics or AI-enabled transformation

    • Healthcare, MedTech or other regulated industries

We are actively transforming towards AI-enabled service operations. We are looking for candidates who are curious about emerging technologies, embrace AI-enabled ways of working and can help identify opportunities to improve productivity, decision quality, customer experience and operational performance through data and AI.
