Job Description

Our client is a leading Electronic Consumer product Company

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor performance of outsourcing service providers (repairing services)
• Manage air-conditioner installation team to provide on-site service
• Co-work with System A/C contractors to follow up pre-after sales service issue
• Provide technical training to outsourcing service providers
• Assist in the generation and review of technical materials and bulletins
• Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance
• Communicate and coordinate the field testing with Govt Dept (i.e. EMSD)
• Handling customer complaint and resolve the claim
• Prepare quality reports, product enhancement requests to HQ
• Participate in new products technical support and deliver reviews
• Participate in product presentations and demonstrations

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Solid experience in System A/C field (repair and installation) service
• Can manage outsourcing installation team independently
• Strong data analysis in Excel
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
