We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical and motivated Service Pricing & Operations Specialist to join our After-Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with data, collaborating across multiple business functions, and contributing to projects that drive customer satisfaction and operational performance.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, this role combines pricing analysis, business operations, and project delivery responsibilities. You will play a key role in managing Service Plan strategy and pricing, supporting service operational initiatives, and contributing to the rollout of strategic systems and processes.
This role offers the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders, retailers, suppliers, and international headquarters teams, while contributing to strategic projects that support our growth and customer retention objectives.
