
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter to join our Service Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, takes pride in providing outstanding customer service, and is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist service advisors with customer vehicle check-in and tagging.
Remove protective coverings and identification tags before returning completed vehicles to customers.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and any damage before delivery to customers, reporting any concerns immediately.
Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
Perform vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups.
Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
Maintain an organized and professional vehicle lot by moving inventory as directed.
Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service advisor.
Pick up and deliver vehicles to off-site storage locations.
Retrieve parts from the Parts Department.
Test customer vehicle batteries in the service drive.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the service department, shop, building, and grounds.
Support shop clean-up and other departmental needs as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience preferred (6-12 months).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand written instructions.
Ability to safely operate vehicles and dealership equipment.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
