Service Porter opportunity with Ocean Cadillac!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Safely move vehicles to designated service and parking areas.
• Keep the service drive clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance checks.
• Provide shuttle services or valet assistance for customers as needed.
• Ensure that customers have a positive and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.
• Work closely with the service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles when returned after service.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
