The Service Porter is a visible and important part of the guest experience, and the people who do this role well take that seriously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed
• Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Lexus of Fremont's hospitality standard in every handoff
• Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day
• Support service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours and busy periods
• Assist with basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for service or delivery
• Inspect vehicles during movement and report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member immediately

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Reliable and punctual -- the service lane depends on consistent support and the team counts on you being there
• Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- you're moving guests' Lexus vehicles and they deserve to get them back exactly as they left them
• Professional and courteous in every guest interaction -- this is a luxury brand and first impressions matter
• No automotive experience required -- we'll show you everything you need to know
