Service PM assistant Intern

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

At Sidel, you’ll join an energetic, international team supporting critical spare parts operations for cus-tomers around the globe. As a Service PM assistant Intern, you won’t just process orders, you’ll be the trusted liaison, learning first-hand how large-scale businesses ensure excellent technical support. You’ll gain hands-on experience in ERP systems, logistics, and process improvement, building a solid foundation for your future in operations or supply chain.

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with Service PM team to manage their requests;
• Prepare, send and track offers and orders using our ERP system;
• Advise customers on pricing, availability, and logistics;
• Coordinate seamless deliveries and handle return requests;
• Update and maintain accurate customer records;
• Engage with internal teams, acting as a key interface;
• Support to the sales team in converting quotations into orders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus;
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from an upper secondary school or university (trade, laguages, or logistics preferred);
• Open, eager to learn, and ready for real responsibility;
• Organized and able to balance multiple priorities;
• Comfortable with Excel and quick to pick up ERP tools (SAP is a plus);
• Clear communicator, collaborative, and ready to solve problems;
• Proactive, ready to test, fail, succeed.
