Compensation

Commission-Based Pay (Invoice-Driven)

• Paid per job based on the total invoice amount

• Higher-value jobs earn higher commission percentages

• Earnings are tied directly to solutions sold and work completed

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings

• Present clear repair and replacement options to customers

• Recommend complete, long-term solutions

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service

• Accurately document estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan

• Follow safety standards and plumbing codes

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of service plumbing experience

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Comfortable with commission-based pay

• Customer-focused, accountable, and professional

• Flexible availability (8–12 hour shifts, some weekends)

• ServiceTitan or Nexstar experience is a plus
