An experienced plumbing service tech serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing faulty plumbing systems.

THIS POSITION IS FOR SERVICE PLUMBERS WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
JOB DUTIES:

• Professionally and ethically repair or replace broken plumbing systems.
• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client prior to any maintenance or repair. Upon completion, ensures that clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Lead/Journeyman Plumbers are considered senior level and operate their own truck.
• All employees must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check.
• We are a Tennessee Drug Free Workplace; drug testing is required.
