About Rakuten Business:

This position belongs to Rakuten Group, Inc. and is contracted to perform Rakuten Mobile operations.

This business unit entered the carrier business with innovative technology and advanced features and continues to take on challenges to provide attractive services.

Department/Service Overview:

Rakuten Mobile launched full-scale services in April 2020 as the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) approved in Japan for the first time in 13 years, to provide high-quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices. As of August 2024, it has surpassed 7 million MNO lines and is growing rapidly.

Full-scale service provision to corporations began in January 2023, and large-scale investments are being made as a core business that will drive the future growth of the Rakuten Group, attracting significant attention both domestically and internationally.

This organization is responsible for planning and providing solutions, including communication, for corporate customers, not just devices.

This department is responsible for the planning, management, and operation of solution services using devices such as smartphones, tablets, and IoT.

Consideration of handling new materials, business planning, and construction of operations for sales.

Provide materials that meet customer requests in cooperation with partner companies.

Implement portfolio management of various devices.

Collaborate with various departments to create sales forecasts and manage long-term inventory and product sales.

Planning of sales strategies for handled products and execution of measures.

Order receipt/placement operations in cooperation with sales, accounting, and purchasing departments.
