As we continue to grow and set new standards in service, we are looking for a dedicated Service Planner to join our dynamic Initial Hygiene team in either our Wellington or Palmerston North office. This role is vital for ensuring that our service operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Service Planner will be responsible for scheduling, planning and confirming service visits, managing documentation, and streamlining communication between sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, an eye for detail and love solving a good puzzle.
