At Finning, we help our customers keep their equipment working safely, efficiently, and reliably. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Planner to join our team in Fort McKay.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys coordinating projects, managing schedules, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring equipment is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
As a Service Planner, you'll play a key role in coordinating equipment repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and delivery schedules. You'll work closely with operations, technical teams, parts personnel, warranty teams, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
As our operation expands, this role will be instrumental in improving project planning, equipment delivery performance, schedule accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You'll help ensure teams are prepared to execute work efficiently while supporting continuous growth and operational excellence.
