Job Description

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Service & Performance Reporting Consultant role.

Service & Performance Reporting Consultant monitors and analyses Technology & Data service performance by maintaining dashboards, creating reports, and collaborating with departments to identify improvements, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and supporting data-driven decision-making for the Firm.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in gathering data from secure data sources with guidance from Technology & Data teams.
  • Helping interpret data and create basic reports and presentations using simple statistical methods.
  • Tracking environmental and portfolio data & metrics and reporting them to Technology & Data management and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of performance reports and dashboards to show Technology & Data service performance.
  • Working with Product and Platform teams to agree SLA and other performance criteria to assess services on.
  • Monitoring Technology & Data service performance using benchmarks and key performance indicators and noting any trends or potential issues.
  • Working with different departments to understand their needs and suggesting simple improvements.
  • Ensuring all reporting tasks follow Firm rules and policies with supervision.
  • Managing and analysing Technology & Data systems data for management reports under supervision.
  • Assisting in implementing best practices for data management and reporting processes.

Your experience:

  • Min. 4-5 years of experience working with data, including gathering, managing, and analysing information securely.
  • Ability to create clear, accurate reports and presentations using simple statistical and analytical methods.
  • Skilled in developing, maintaining, and interpreting dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Comfortable tracking, reporting, and escalating basic project and portfolio data to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify service performance trends or emerging issues.
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across departments to understand needs and suggest practical improvements.
  • Familiar with best practices in data management, reporting, and compliance, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Organised and methodical approach to delivering tasks within deadlines, with a commitment to accuracy and Firm policies.
  • Willing to learn and work proactively under supervision, seeking guidance when needed.
  • Demonstrates a positive, inclusive mind-set aligned with Linklaters’ values, including integrity, respect, and an openness to new ideas.

  • Warsaw (hybrid model – min. 2 days per week at the office)
