What You'll Do

As a Service Parts & Shipping Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our dealers and customers by ensuring parts and materials are received, organized, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time.

Your day may include:

  • Receiving, unloading, labeling, and storing inventory
  • Picking up and delivering parts and supplies
  • Building custom crates and preparing freight shipments
  • Picking, packing, wrapping, and shipping customer orders
  • Verifying accuracy and quality of outgoing shipments
  • Maintaining inventory and reporting discrepancies
  • Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or inventory management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and vehicles
  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to complete company training)
  • Experience with freight shipping and crating is a plus

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that requires frequent lifting, moving materials, operating equipment, and working on your feet throughout the day.
