• The Service Parts Associate reports to the Service Parts Supervisor

The Service Parts Associate you will play a crucial role in Parts fulfillment operations, focusing on receiving, stocking, inventory control, order processing, and shipping. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and coordination exposure in a warehouse environment and contribute to the smooth flow of inventory control and order fulfillment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Parts Order Processing:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging items for shipment.
• Coordinates with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation in ERP and similar systems.
Inventory Control:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of goods.
Risk Management:
• Proactively monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Must have a strong focus on safety to ensure a secure work environment.
Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
COMPETENCIES:
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members and leadership.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
• Attention to detail to verify the accuracy of shipments and paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse environment with fluctuating seasonal temperatures, or equivalent military or practical experience.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and be on feet up to 6 hours a day.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
