Service Partner Operations Manager - Contractor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Service Partner Operations Manager (Contractor) to support the day-to-day management and operational performance of our service partners and after-sales service providers. In this role, you will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence, service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding processes for service partners and after-sales service providers.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics (KPIs), conduct regular business reviews, and assist with service fee reconciliation and settlement.
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for service partners, addressing day-to-day questions, operational issues, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Monitor service performance, including repair turnaround time, refurbishment quality, and other operational KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track operational and warehouse-related costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support optimization efforts.
- Ensure inventory records, financial reconciliation, and operational data remain accurate and aligned across systems.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve operational processes and enhance overall service partner performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in vendor, supplier, or service partner operations, supplier management, or a related operations function.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a results-driven mindset.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
【Contract Position】
This is a full-time contract position. The selected candidate will be employed by one of Anker's authorized staffing agency partners and will be eligible for benefits provided by the staffing agency. This role requires full-time, onsite work at the designated work location and close collaboration with Anker's cross-functional teams.
