• building, developing and managing a nationwide Service Partner Network,
• identifying, selecting and onboarding new service partners to support business growth,
• working closely with partners to ensure service capacity, technical competence and nationwide coverage,
• driving partner performance through reviews, training initiatives and continuous improvement plans,
• coordinating contract negotiations, renewals and partner development activities
• collaborating with Service, Sales, Technical Support, Logistics and HQ teams across an international organization,
• contributing to operational excellence, customer satisfaction and service quality improvements,
• playing a key role in preparing the network for seasonal demand and future business needs.

And you bring along…

• a Technical University degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Service Operations, Partner Management, Business Development, Project Management or a similar role
• strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• a structured and proactive approach to problem solving
• an analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions
• the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• good knowledge of English and MS Office
• experience within technical service organizations is considered a plus.

As a Service Partner Network Coordinator, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening Daikin's service partner network across Romania. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the right service coverage, partner capabilities and operational readiness needed to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for creating strong partnerships, supporting partner development, monitoring performance and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives across the country.
