The Impact You'll Make

As our Service Partner Account Manager, you are responsible for building a certified network of service partners that delivers Danfoss service closer to our customers.

As demand for lifecycle service and spare parts grows, the reach and quality of our partner ecosystem decide how fast we can scale – and you will own that ecosystem end to end, from first conversation to partner revenue.

It is a role with real commercial ownership and a strong platform for growth into wider service sales and channel leadership roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and win new service partners across OEMs, distributors and service companies, extending Danfoss service reach closer to customers.
• Onboard, train and certify partners through structured audits, so every partner delivers to Danfoss quality and compliance standards.
• Define partner commercial models and SLAs, giving each partner clear expectations and a profitable basis to grow.
• Own partner revenue for service and lifecycle spare parts, driving utilization of partner capacity across strategic, growth and transactional partners.
• Act as the primary link between partners and our Service Sales, Service Operations and technical teams, so partner opportunities move quickly from pipeline to delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in partner, channel or service management, or technical business development.
• Hands-on experience working with OEMs, distributors or service partners.
• Solid technical-commercial understanding of service delivery and the spare parts business.
• Experience structuring commercial models, negotiating terms and managing SLAs.
• Experience with partner onboarding, certification or compliance processes.
