Service Partner Coordinator（储能技术服务）9-20K CNY/月苏州社招全职本科及以上职位描述1. Outsource Resource Expansion: Identify and develop partnerships with external service providers to enhance service capacity and meet client demands effectively.
2. Logistics Tracking and Job Assignment: Monitor the logistics flow and assign tasks to service partners promptly to ensure efficient and timely execution of services.
3. Remote Technical Support: Provide remote technical support to service partners, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed to resolve issues quickly.
4. Service Scheduling and Client Updates: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring updates are communicated clearly and promptly to clients.
5. Basic Diagnostic Abilities: Utilize foundational diagnostic skills to identify and address technical issues, enabling smoother service operations.
职位要求Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, energy and other related technical fields
Prior experience in the Electrical/renewable industry, PV/ESS experience is preferred. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered
1. Be familiar with the role of distributors, retailers and installers in Australia.
2. Understanding of installer groups' rule in their social circle.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Customer Support and Customer Service skills to achieve satisfaction from customers.
6. Team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
