
What's the role?
Reporting to the Chief Product Owner, Pricing and Credit Risk, you will lead a multidisciplinary team (Data scientists and Analysts) responsible for developing and enhancing mortgage pricing models across Home Lending. Working within the Pricing and Credit Risk leadership team, you will drive the evolution of acquisition, retention and discharge pricing capabilities, delivering customer-level optimisation and data-driven decision making that improves customer outcomes, strengthens competitive positioning and maximises business profitability.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping pricing strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering analytical and technology-enabled solutions that support the future of personalised pricing across the Home Lending portfolio.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in pricing, optimisation, analytics in retail banking or insurance, along with a proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
