We are looking for a Service Owner for Copilot Studio Governance, passionate about technology and AI, to play a key role in our Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio services being part of Center of Excellence team. This is a strategic opportunity to shape how AI and Agentic AI solutions are designed, governed, and scaled across a Nokia organization transforming the way we work—leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Agents to drive automation, intelligence, and next-generation digital experiences across our global teams.
As we accelerate our AI journey, Microsoft 365 Copilot & Agents is becoming a core productivity service, transforming how employees collaborate, make decisions, and automate work. In this role, you will be at the center of that transformation— defining and enforcing the governance, control frameworks, and guardrails that enable Copilot and agents to scale responsibly across a complex, highly regulated enterprise. You will ensure that innovation with AI happens securely, compliantly, and consistently, while still empowering business teams to build and use Copilot agents effectively. You will work closely with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders, including: M365 Service Owners and Platform Architects, Business Product Owners and Power Users, Solution Designers and Developers, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams, Communications, Change Management, and Adoption teams, Procurement and Vendor Management teams, Microsoft team, but not limited to. This role combines deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement, with a clear mission: enable safe, impactful, and scalable AI experiences across the enterprise.
Define, implement, and own the governance framework for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio across the enterprise
Establish policies, standards, and guardrails for agent creation, publishing, usage, and retirement
Design and maintain agent lifecycle governance, including ownership, approval flows, versioning, and decommissioning
Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure responsible and compliant AI usage
Define and enforce data protection and DLP controls related to Copilot and agent interactions
Govern access models and permissions for Copilot Studio, agents, connectors, and extensibility scenarios
Act as the enterprise authority on Copilot and agent governance, providing guidance to architects, developers, and business teams
Define monitoring, auditing, and reporting requirements for Copilot and agents’ usage at scale
Contribute to adoption and enablement efforts by providing clear governance playbooks, decision frameworks, and best practices
Monitor Microsoft 365 Copilot roadmap, staying continuously aligned with Microsoft’s product direction, analyzing roadmap changes, and actively participating in private and public previews, internal programs initiatives to provide early architectural guidance, readiness assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with Over 12 years of enterprise in IT solution design and development experience, including 2+ years with Microsoft 365 Copilot and 4+ years in Power Platform and low-code architecture roles.
Proven experience designing and operating governance models for platforms used at scale
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, with a strong focus on governance, controls, and lifecycle management
Expertise in Copilot Studio, Agentic AI solutions, and M365 Copilot. Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud / desktop), Power Pages, Dataverse, custom/premium connectors, APIs and integrations are also included.
Experience with PowerShell scripts and C# are a strong plus
Agent 365 understanding is a strong plus
Deep understanding of agent lifecycle governance, including creation, publishing, versioning, monitoring, retirement, and ownership models, Microsoft Purview concepts: sensitivity labels, information protection, retention, eDiscovery basics, auditing—plus practical implementation patterns for Copilot readiness.
Solid understanding of identity, access, and permission models (Entra ID, least privilege, role-based access)
Experience working with Azure resources relevant to Copilot and extensibility scenarios
Familiarity with prompt governance, prompt safety patterns, and responsible AI principles
Experience designing agents: intents, actions, orchestration, fallback, human-in-the-loop, conversation design, grounding strategies, and lifecycle/versioning.
Able to design and operationalize DLP policies that protect data without blocking productivity — balancing risk, usability, and business outcomes.
Deep understanding about Copilot Studio components, as well as Power Platform admin center (PPAC) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center (MAC).
Nice-To-Have:
Proven ability to lead across Security, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, Communications, business owners, and service teams—especially when trade-offs are involved.
Ability to partner with adoption/comms teams to build playbooks, learning paths, champion networks, and “scaled enablement” models—critical for 120k+ users.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills: Written, Verbal and ability to present material management teams, create operational procedures guidance, and training.
