Job Description

As a Service Owner is responsible for Nokia corporate IT Network services contract management and expense management worldwide. This includes but not limited to conducting Network Hardware related RFP/RFQ; managing invoices to ensure accuracy, managing disputes due to inaccurate/mischarges, failing SLA; GR booking, PO management and Latest Estimates/outlook estimates.

  • As a Service Owner is responsible for Nokia corporate IT Network services contract management and expense management worldwide. This includes but not limited to conducting Network Hardware related RFP/RFQ; managing invoices to ensure accuracy, managing disputes due to inaccurate/mischarges, failing SLA; GR booking, PO management and Latest Estimates/outlook estimates.
  • Prepare and Manage E2E Network Hardware related RFP/RFQ/RFI, First level initial pricing negotiation and Manage contract term timelines
  • AMC renewals with Network Hardware OEMs or Third parties, Cost comparison analysis with OEM/Third party quotes for AMC and Regular tracking of AMC contract expiry and timely renewals
  • Vendor Contracts regular update in SNOW Database along with updated contact matrix, if any Comparison of AMC data with End of Service Life equipment,Receive and validate supplier invoice, Reconcile invoice against inventory, contract, pricing, Identify billing error, Incorrect charge, determine supplier credits
  • Request and drive dispute, credit, discount management,Provider service delivery performance and SLA, and
    Perform GR booking, analyze and resolve GR<->invoice gaps, monitor GR ->invoice -> payments within contract payment terms ensure on-time payments, Provide Spend analysis, Trend analysis, Communicating with various Business/IT Units for Networks requirements
  • Maintain and update Networks inventory in Limatoo, SAP etc, inventory quality control and periodical auditing and
    generating reports for operation and service need,Preparation of Actuals Vs LE on monthly basis

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 5-10 years experiences with Broad knowledge of IT Infra Networks including LAN, Hosting Networks etc., service offerings, technologies and market trends.
  • Thorough understanding of IT Infra Networks service charging components and understanding of contracting terms can help with the effective governance of services delivered by suppliers
  • Good financial and analytical background, financial system such as SAP would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge with tools, Microsoft office (e.g excel, power BI), Database structure and tools and Capable of working with teams and leading changes
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology how processes & Knowledge areas can be applied to achieve important Milestones successfully

Nice-To-Have:

  • Ability to work with third party suppliers and vendors related to service offerings and billing/invoicing methods, Good understanding of ITIL processes and Strong analytical skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, efficient, independent thinking and Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager and capable of working in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self
