What’s the role?
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of banker tooling that materially improves banker productivity and enables richer, insight‑led relationships with customers. The role exists to translate strategic intent into predictable delivery outcomes by leading a team of Product Owners to deliver simplified, scalable digital capabilities for bankers across Business & Wealth.
Key Responsibilities include:

  • Product owner leadership and enablement

  • Governance Risk and controls

  • Delivery Leadership and planning

  • Stakeholder alignment and communication

  • Benefits realisation and outcomes

What do I need?
This role requires a strong background in digital delivery within complex, multi‑squad environments, with proven experience leading Product Owners to deliver both customer‑facing and internal digital capabilities. You will bring hands‑on experience delivering tooling that enhances frontline or banker productivity, with a focus on meaningful outcomes and business impact. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating across technology, data, intelligence and business domains. Success in this role will rely on your ability to bring diverse stakeholders together and translate complex problems into clear, deliverable capabilities.

Other experience and capabilities include:
  • Strong Product Owner craft and a deep understanding of product‑led delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership of Product Owners working across multiple squads
  • Experience delivering digital tools that improve productivity and enable better customer outcomes
  • An outcome‑focused mindset, balancing near‑term delivery with longer‑term strategic enablement
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence across diverse groups
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, breaking down complexity into coherent and actionable outcomes
  • The confidence to work across domains while maintaining a clear focus on value and delivery
