Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Developer

Location: Remote

Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance (as required)

Level: Mid-Level

Seeking a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Developer to support large-scale systems integration and modernization for a Department of Defense client. This role supports enterprise integrations using Oracle middleware technologies within Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SOA composite applications
• Build BPEL processes, Mediator services, OSB integrations, and SOAP/REST services
• Develop Oracle SOA-based integrations supporting logistics and supply chain systems
• Translate functional requirements into technical integration solutions
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and testers to deliver secure, scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite and enterprise integration platforms
• Experience developing SOA-based integrations (BPEL, OSB, REST/SOAP)
• PL/SQL development experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
