Service Order Resolution Rep

Full-Time | Permanent | Georgina, ON | Mon-Fri 7am - 3:30pm | CAN E2

What you Will Do

• Partner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain turn time metrics of 24-36 hours for order resolution replies
• Maintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry
• Draft and fulfill “No Charge” orders company wide
• Assist team lead and other department SMEs
• Provide support in other order management areas as needed
• Assist with training as needed
• Practice 5S and safety
• Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

What you Will Bring

• High School or GED diploma required
• Proficient typing and ten key skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• AX experience required
• HJ experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
