Rare opportunity to help shape and scale a critical service capability supporting one of Westpac's largest transformation programs.
How will I help?
As a Service Operations Manager – Test Environment & Data, you will play a key role within Westpac's Test Environment Management Services (TEMS) function, supporting the delivery of major technology initiatives, including the UNITE transformation program.
You will be responsible for leading the operational services that underpin non-production environments, ensuring teams have access to stable, secure and well-managed testing platforms required to deliver technology change safely and effectively.
Working across a complex enterprise landscape, you will partner with technology, engineering, testing, infrastructure and delivery teams to drive operational excellence, improve service performance and help shape the future operating model for environment and test data services.
This is a unique opportunity to influence a growing capability while supporting one of Westpac's most significant transformation programs.
What's in it for me?
You'll play a significant part in the future of a business that has been creating better futures together for more than 200 years.
We'll support your career growth through learning opportunities, mentoring, internal mobility and flexible ways of working. You'll be surrounded by talented people who are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes and creating positive customer experiences.
Whatever shape your family takes, we offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave for primary and secondary carers. This includes support for adoption, foster care and surrogacy arrangements, along with continued superannuation contributions while you're on leave.
What do I need?

To turn doing into done, it takes a little Westpac.
From rescue helicopters and signing the Equator Principles, to paying super during parental leave and initiatives like Westpac SaferPay and SafeCall that help protect customers from scams... we have a proud history of stepping up to be first for our customers, communities and people.
We are Australia’s oldest bank and first company and have been supporting customers for over 200 years.
Our purpose is creating better futures together – it’s what we do, who we are and why we come to work every day. With this purpose in mind, we’ve set ourselves a bold ambition - to be our customers’ #1 bank and partner through life.
Westpac acknowledges the traditional owners as the custodians of this land, recognising their connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to Australia's First Peoples, and to their Elders, past, present and future.
