What The Position is About:

• Oversee the residential garage door replacement and repair division (one manager and 15+ service techs)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aftermarket space
• Utilize home improvement tools to effectively identify and address operational weaknesses
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service and maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels
• Develop and maintain a lead generation strategy
• Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
• Provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven track record of scaling a residential service and repair department (ideally within a similar product; garage, HVAC, plumbing)
• Proven management and training experience
• Lead generation and customer retention experience
• Tech savvy (CRM, Excel, NetSuite, Service Titan)
