Join our dynamic and international team as Service Operations Intern and support our team during August and September (2 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Support spare parts management activities and related administrative tasks.
• Assist with end-of-site documentation and non-conformity management processes.
• Collect and verify service invoices from external service partners.
• Gather and organize worksheets and service reports from internal service technicians.
• Support the collection and processing of customer invoices and related documentation.

Requirements

• Active student status at a Hungarian institution.
• Working hours: 20 hours/week, 4 hours/day.
• English language proficiency is required (written and spoken).
• German language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
