As a Service Operations Intern, you'll enjoy rotation opportunities across various functions, gaining comprehensive exposure to Nokia's business operations and enhancement of project management practices.   • Support revenue tracking initiatives for market units, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of financial performance.
  • Create engaging presentations that highlight team performance, streamlining processes to enhance the global team's effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that prioritize clarity and insight, helping to save time and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations Managers to maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely status updates.
  • Assist in identifying potential upsides to improve business outcomes and enhance the accuracy of forecast-building efforts.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
