Let’s Talk about the Role

The Service Operations Analyst will act as a vital link between complex operational data and field service excellence to drive continuous improvement across our global wind fleet.

You will play a central role in our Lean Operations & Data team, transforming raw operational data into actionable insights. By leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and a commitment to process improvement, you will help our service teams make smarter, faster decisions, reduce manual effort, and ensure our wind turbines operate at their peak.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Driving operational excellence by identifying performance trends and optimization opportunities across our service fleet.

• Building and maintaining intuitive dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

• Creating smarter workflows by implementing automation and AI-driven tools to streamline data processing.

• Leading a culture of continuous improvement by championing data integrity and process standardization.

• Collaborating with service delivery teams to translate technical data into clear, actionable evidence for leadership decision-making.

Skills for Success

You should be a curious, analytical problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, with:

• The ability to transform complex data sets into clear, meaningful business insights.

• The capability to develop and maintain visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau

• An understanding of operational reporting concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• An expertise in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and complex formulas.

• A keen interest in leveraging automation, AI, and Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency.

A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential and we are also interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

This is a permanent position based in our Barcelona office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our office and from home.
