We are looking for an experienced IT Professional to support to the Richemont Team in Oceania, The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support & training and assisting in IT project roll-out.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

MIS Support

  • Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
  • Providing local and remote staff with support for end user devices and business applications
  • Work with IT vendors for maintenance and technical service.
  • Review opportunities to apply new technologies or other solutions to address challenges facing in the operations and business services.
  • Hardware and software inventory and hardware refreshment.
  • Procure, Configure and install equipment managed by the IT team. This includes but is not limited to computer hardware, peripherals, software, mobile devices and software.
  • Formulate and/or maintain IT operational reports, procedures and policies
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through regular review of service level and continual improvement of services.
  • Enforce Company IT policy.

Project Coordination

  • Assist PM in local, regional and group projects
  • Coordinate activities and tasks throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Liaise and manage external vendors on office and boutique projects (renovations, relocations and new boutique openings)
  • Prepare and update necessary project documentation

Digital Transformation

  • Review opportunities to apply new technologies or other solutions to address challenges facing in the operations and business services.
  • Provide infrastructure and application training to users. User adoption is part of digital transformation.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team and Maison. To contribute to team success, you will have:

  • Experience on a IT Helpdesk support (e.g. troubleshoot PC, mobile device, email & application issues) and experience in IT infrastructure support (i.e. server, network, security)
  • Able to provide troubleshooting on email, PC, printer, server and network issues.
  • Experience working in a Windows Environment- Office 365, Sharepoint and Exhcnage.
  • Experience with Retail Point-Of-Sales (POS) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, FTP and Proxy.
  • Knowledge in Cisco Meraki would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Power BI, Power Automate, RPA would be an advantage
  • Occasional travelling is required domestically to support boutique.
  • Occasional after-hours project work with time off in lieu.
