Service Officer

Eligibility

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's preferably Master's degree from an HEC recognized institute / university.

Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing overall service delivery, POS support operations, and inactive terminal culling to maintain optimal merchant network productivity.
  • Installing, downloading software for, and troubleshooting POS terminals while ensuring efficient inventory control of devices and accessories.
  • Assisting merchants with the resolution of complex transaction disputes, chargebacks, and daily financial reconciliation issues.
  • Coordinating daily inventory updates with supervisors and collaborating across teams to reactivate dormant merchant accounts.
