Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, integrations, workflows, and platform customization while aligning with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design and develop ServiceNow HRSD applications including:
  • 
    HR Case Management
  • 
    Employee Center & Employee Center Pro
  • 
    Lifecycle Events
  • 
    HR Knowledge Management
• 
  Build and enhance personalized, role-based employee portals to improve employee self-service experience.
• 
  Develop dynamic HR Service Catalogs with:
  • 
    Intuitive request forms
  • 
    Contextual help
  • 
    Automated fulfillment workflows
• 
  Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including:
  • 
    SuccessFactors for employee and organizational data synchronization
  • 
    Payroll systems for compensation and benefits data exchange
  • 
    Identity management tools like Active Directory and SailPoint
  • 
    Collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack
• 
  Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• 
  Support platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, and deployment activities.
• 
  Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• 
  Implement secure role-based access controls and ensure HR compliance standards.
• 
  Collaborate with HR stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• 
  Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:
  • 
    Sprint Planning
  • 
    Daily Stand-ups
  • 
    Backlog Grooming
  • 
    Retrospectives
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related incidents, defects, and performance issues.
• 
  Continuously optimize HR workflows, knowledge bases, and employee self-service capabilities.
