We are excited to introduce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow – Developer to join Downer's Enterprise Service Management Platforms team.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Service Management Platforms, this role is responsible for designing, building, configuring and supporting solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You will transform business requirements into scalable, high-quality and maintainable platform capabilities, including workflows, integrations, scoped applications and enterprise service solutions.
Operating within a product-led DevOps model, you will work across a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives, partnering closely with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Architects, Configuration Management and business stakeholders. Consistent with our "you build it, you run it" approach, you'll retain end-to-end ownership of the solutions you deliver, from development and deployment through to support and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives while working with modern ServiceNow technologies and best-practice development frameworks.
This position can be based in North Ryde (Sydney) or Milton (Brisbane).
