$78,773.63 - $122,099.12The ServiceNow Developer is a highly skilled technical leader responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering complex, enterprise grade solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform. This role leads significant initiatives or major components of large programs, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, upgrade safe, and aligned with organizational governance, compliance, and architectural standards. The SN Developer partners closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and deliver high value outcomes that improve operational efficiency and support patient care. In addition to deep hands on development, this role provides technical leadership, mentors other developers, drives automation and CI/CD maturity, and contributes to platform roadmap and continuous improvement efforts across the enterprise. The ServiceNow Developer plays a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, and upgrade-safe solutions on the Now Platform. This position is responsible for translating business requirements into high-quality configurations, custom applications, and integrations that align with Albany Med's governance standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
