Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) ServiceNow possédant une solide expertise en ITSM, en gestion des changements (Change Management) et en intégration ServiceNow. La personne retenue sera responsable du développement et de la configuration de modules d’automatisation, ainsi que de la configuration du module DevOps Change Velocity.
Le candidat idéal doit posséder une expérience pratique approfondie de la plateforme ServiceNow ainsi qu’une excellente compréhension des cadres d’autorité et de gouvernance des changements. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes responsables de la CMDB (Configuration Management Database) afin d’assurer une gestion efficace des changements, l’automatisation et la gouvernance au sein de l’environnement ServiceNow.
Ce mandat s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une initiative stratégique visant à automatiser l’autorisation et l’exécution des changements logiciels à faible risque à l’aide de preuves techniques générées par la chaîne de livraison DevSecOps (CI/CD).

We are seeking a ServiceNow expert with strong expertise in ITSM, Change Management, and ServiceNow integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring automation modules, as well as configuring the DevOps Change Velocity module.
The ideal candidate must possess hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and a strong understanding of change authority and governance frameworks. They will work closely with CMDB teams to ensure effective change management, automation, and governance within the ServiceNow environment.
This engagement is part of a strategic initiative focused on automating the authorization and execution of low-risk software changes using technical evidence generated through the DevSecOps delivery pipeline (CI/CD).
The first use case will focus on automating low-risk vulnerability remediation changes (Snyk/Renovate), including:
Automated risk assessment
Automated deployment
Post-deployment incubation and validation
Automated rollback
Automated evidence collection and generation
Traceable automated decision-making
Key responsibilities include:
Configuring and integrating ServiceNow with DevSecOps pipelines
Implementing DevOps Change Velocity
Configuring decision-making mechanisms and associated rules
Ensuring complete change traceability
Developing automation and governance capabilities
Producing documentation and supporting knowledge transfer activities
This is a Contract position based out of Montreal, QC.
The pay range for this position is $120.00 - $130.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
